As avid users of the OQO product we decided to implement this service. Having multiple OQO's used in the field we found failing batteries very common. The lack of OQO support has caused us to attempt to repair the batteries on our own with great success. We are now offering this service to others experiencing the same problem.

We have never had a battery for an OQO 02 that could not be brought back to life. All repairs are performed by our staff at our office facilities.

Depending on the success of this service we may offer other support services for out of warranty OQO's.
